With our Google Local Search Media Refresh service, you can easily make sure you have high quality content on your profile. You are also free to repurpose any media content for your website or social media marketing channels.

Each core service takes a maximum of 1 hour to capture in most cases, and we capture photo, video, and 360 virtual tour all in one session – maximum of 3 hours for the whole package!

PHOTOGRAPHY
10-20 high quality HDR images of your location. We cover images such as, but not limited to:
- Storefront/location entrance
- Surrounding area/view from road if relevant to help people find their way
- Wide angle interiors to show your space, general layout, and major features
- Images focused on special details, items, or features that increase your appeal
- Anything else by special request
We publish to your Google Business Profile
We also give you a download link for image files for you to use as you wish – on social media, your website, and other marketing materials.
EXTRA: Additional photos
Ten more photos: $50
Street View Virtual Tour
Up to eight 360 Panorama captures of your location interior.
Each panorama allows the user to look in all directions to see the way your space is laid out and view details.
Panoramas within line of sight from each other can be linked so that the user can travel from one point to the next throughout your space.
We publish to your Google Business Profile + provide code to embed your tour on your website.

Video Walkthrough or Video Introduction
30 second video produced featuring footage captured at your location. May contain:
- Interview or spoken message from owner or representative on-camera
- Smooth camera movements capturing video of your space
- Footage of any action or people occuring during our capture session (consent may be required)
- Background music
- Subtitles
We publish to your Google Business Profile
We provide download link to your video file so you can publish on your Social Media or Website.
EXTRA: Additional social media video
We create a longer 60 second version of your video, along with social media formatted version (square, or vertical for TikTok/Reels)

EASY PROCESS
We schedule a time that works for you to come in and capture any and all media in one visit to your location. The best times are times when you are closed or fairly empty, and it is still light out (assuming any areas we capture have windows to outside).
You make sure your location is ready for it’s closeup: make sure things are clean, organized, and showing any features you want to highlight.
We capture – each core service takes roughly an hour or less each.

A 30 second video seems short
Can I change or remove anything you post to my Google Business profile?
Can I change the order of media on my profile or change what categories or headings media appears under?
Do you post the media on our website and/or social media accounts?
No we only post to your Google Business profile. We will also deliver a link to download the media to your own device (and we suggest you back it up) and you are then in charge of how to publish it via other avenues. We do provide documentation for 360 virtual tour content that contains the direct link to your tour on the Google Business profile, and the code needed to embed the tour on your website.
We can post your video on our YouTube channel and let you link and embed it to your website as well.
Can I publish the media to my own Google Business profile?
How quickly will my media be posted on my profile?
We strive for turnaround within 5 business days. On occasion, there is a delay between uploading content and Google actually surfacing it onto the public profile.
